She guided us well with offers that involved multiple bids, especially in the type of conditions that the pandemic market created. Julia is also very competent in quickly drafting up offers for properties we were interested in, which was very helpful in cases where time was of the essence.To top it all, Julia’s impressive network of professionals meant that to us, she was effectively a one stop shop for any advice and/or services related to purchasing a home.
