It’s a good question? Your sister’s friend, the couple you see on the back of the bus, your co-worker’s brother, maybe your parent’s friend’s son? Who to choose to help you buy or sell, you don’t want to upset anyone or seem ungrateful for suggestions or referrals but what to do?
I say do it all! Make a plan and have a chat with all of them. It’s not about how long they’ve been in the business, what kind of advertising they do or what they look like on their website. The question is, how do they relate to you? How do their values compare with yours? How well do they listen, not how well do they talk. It’s a short term marriage you’re entering into, so make sure it’s good fit.
Remember it’s about you, your home and your experience, don’t settle for anything less.
